So there's really no fee for the bootcamp?

Right. You're not paying us to run the bootcamp. The four weeks of work (the onboarding call, the weekly calls, the engine we build together, the hand-over) don't carry a fee from us. What you do commit to during those four weeks is your own ad spend, a minimum of €1,500 on Meta and Google, paid from your card straight to them. That's the skin in the game, and we wouldn't take a cohort without it.

What if I go through the bootcamp and don't stay subscribed?

That's a real option. Every campaign we launched together keeps running on your Meta and Google accounts. The hosted landing pages stay up at no cost to you. The pixel stays on your site. You keep everything we built, and the ads keep working. What you don't get from that point on is the engine drafting new campaigns, the learning loop, and the weekly reads. But nothing we made together gets clawed back.

Why €1,500 as a minimum ad budget?

Below that we can't run enough tests to learn what works. We'd be shipping you guesses. At €1,500 we have enough signal to find early winners inside week one, and that's what the bootcamp is built around.

How is the subscription priced exactly?

It scales with how much volume is going through the engine. Founders putting €1,500–€5k/mo of ad spend through it start at €2,500/mo. Bigger spend, bigger fee. You only ever pay us a fraction of what it's bringing in for you, otherwise you'd cancel and we'd deserve it.

Do you take a cut of revenue or ad spend?

No. We don't touch your ad spend and we don't take a percentage of revenue. The subscription is a flat monthly fee, scaled to how much spend is going through the engine. Agencies that bill on a percentage are incentivised to burn more of your budget. We're incentivised to find you the cheapest winning campaign as fast as possible, because the sooner it works, the longer you stay.
